Welcome to crickex now. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the crickex now platform and all related services. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the site.

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Bonuses must be claimed within a set time period. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

3.2 Other Promotional Offers

crickex now runs various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable terms. Currently active offers are:

• Weekly Deposit Festival: 20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• crickex now Cricket Dhamaka: 30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x — applicable to the cricket or sports section.
• Friday Special Reward: 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 25x.
• Birthday Gift: reward up to ৳1,500, wagering 15x.
• Refer a Friend: reward up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x.

3.3 Bonus Misuse Policy

Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, betting via bots or automated methods, or exploiting the bonus system through any other means is strictly prohibited. If crickex now detects such activity, it reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account and forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on crickex now are considered final once confirmed. crickex now reserves the right to void bets placed due to accidental or technical errors. crickex now will not be liable if a bet is not accepted due to internet disconnection or technical failure.

4.2 Odds and Results

Published odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. crickex now's decision is final in determining event results. In the event of a dispute over results, information from official sources (the relevant international cricket body or applicable authority) will be used as the basis.

4.3 Match Fixing and Unethical Activity Prohibited

If any bettor places bets based on match fixing or insider information, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all winnings forfeited. The relevant authorities may be notified where applicable.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The crickex now VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Changes

Members can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular activity and consistent betting. VIP tier may be reduced due to inactivity or breach of terms. crickex now's decision is final in determining VIP benefits.

6.1 crickex now's Rights

crickex now may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraud or bonus misuse.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Account creation or use by a minor.

6.2 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Any member may voluntarily close their account or activate self-exclusion for a set period. Our Responsible Gaming section provides detailed guidance on this. During self-exclusion, logging into the account or placing bets will be completely blocked.

7.1 Use of Personal Information
