Keep your account secure
Following these simple steps will keep your account and balance protected.
Never share your OTP with anyone
Do not share your OTP or PIN even if someone claims to be from support. The real support team will never ask for your password or OTP.
Verify the correct domain
Check the address in the URL bar before logging in. Be careful of copycat sites that look identical — even a single character difference can be a trap.
Use a strong password
Create a password using uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and do not use the same password on other sites.
Log Out on Shared Devices
If you use someone else's phone or computer, always log out when you're done — leaving a session open puts your account at risk.
Contact Us Through Official Channels Only
If you have a problem, reach out to support via the site's live chat or email — no outside numbers or social media groups are official.
Be Careful with Forwarded Offers
Don't trust screenshots or promotions from 'agents' on Telegram or WhatsApp — always verify any offer yourself on the official site.
Learn to Read Betting Odds
Knowing the three formats makes it easy to understand your potential return at any bookmaker.
Decimal Odds
The simplest format — the number shows the total return per ৳1 staked (including your original bet). This is the default on most betting sites in Bangladesh.
Decimal 2.50, Fraction 3/2, American +150.
A ৳200 bet returns ৳500 if it wins (৳300 profit + ৳200 stake); you lose ৳200 if it loses.
Example 2 — Team B is the favourite:
Decimal 1.25, Fraction 1/4, American -400.
A ৳200 bet returns ৳250 if it wins (৳50 profit).
Fractional Odds
A format from British tradition — the left number is the profit and the right is the stake. 3/2 means ৳3 profit for every ৳2 staked.
3/2 = Decimal 2.50 = American +150.
Profit on ৳200 is ৳300, total return ৳500.
Example 2 — Favourite:
1/4 = Decimal 1.25 = American -400.
Profit on ৳200 is only ৳50, total ৳250.
American Odds
A plus (+) number shows how much profit you make on a ৳100 bet; a minus (-) number shows how much you need to stake to make ৳100 profit.
+150 = Decimal 2.50 = Fraction 3/2.
Profit on ৳200 is ৳300.
Example 2 — Favourite:
-400 means you need to stake ৳400 to win ৳100.
Profit on a ৳200 bet is ৳50.
Remember: always bet within your means — the figures above are only examples to explain the formats, not a guarantee of winning.
Sports Betting vs Casino Games
Two different experiences — find out which one suits your time and preferences.
| Comparison Point | Sports Betting | Casino Games |
|---|---|---|
| How the outcome is decided | Events on the field — goals, runs, sets determine the result | A random number generator or the dealer's cards/ball determines the result |
| Role of research | Analysing team form and pitch conditions can influence the outcome | Each round is independent — information from previous rounds has no bearing on the next result |
| Speed of play | Tied to the match schedule — a single match runs for several hours | Each spin or hand is over in a few seconds |
| Session length | It's easy to wrap up a day with just a few bets on one event | Fast rounds increase the risk of losing focus during a long session |
| Bookmaker margin / house edge | The bookmaker builds a margin into the odds — you can see this in the overround | The house edge is reflected in the RTP — over the long run, the math plays out consistently |
| Best suited for | Those who follow match events closely | Those who want short-session entertainment on a set budget |
